Abstract: The article presents a case study of a patient with Natalizumab (NTZ)-treated relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) who developed a new type of atypical lesion on magnetic resonance imaging. Topics discussed include multifocal gadolinium leakage in the patient, inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor by NTZ, and reduction in the number of gadolinium enhancing lesions related to NTZ.
