Abstract
- The article presents the approach to teamwork and collaboration of scientist Thomas A. Edison. It discusses Edison's preference for small team, process of collaboration and belief in diversity for collaborative success. It examines midnight lunch as a means of connecting and bonding with his different project teams, the Black Maria prototype movie studio near the front gate of West Orange Laboratory and philosophy of neutrality when members present their views.
