Abstract
- The article reports on the updates made by the U.S Internal Revenue Service regarding taxpayers' compliance with the U.S Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) related issues. Topics discussed include compliance efforts centered on the premium premium tax credit and the individual shared responsibility payment and the Coverage Data Repository (CDR), a database that pre-positions tax returns at the time of filing for premium tax credit qualification.
