Abstract

The article analyzes the Lima Call to Climate Action conference of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Lima, Peru in December 2014. Topics discussed include the lack of commitment from developed and developing countries on emission cuts, the divided stance of developed and developing countries on the Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCS) climate action plan and the opposition of the developing countries to review the INDCS.
