An algorithm with strong convergence for the split common fixed point problem of total asymptotically strict pseudocontraction mappings.

The purpose of this paper is to propose an algorithm to solve the split common fixed point problems for total asymptotically strict pseudocontraction mappings in Hilbert spaces. Without the assumption of semi-compactness on the mappings, the iterative scheme is shown to converge strongly to a split common fixed point of such mappings.
