- The article focuses on the application of choice of law and forum selection clauses in standard adhesion contracts for consumer protection in reference to the case Jane Doe v. Match.com. Topics discussed include the contradictory relationship between Illinois Dating Referral Services Act (IDRSA) and Illinois public policy, judicial opinion in the case M/S Bremen v. Zapata Off-Shore Co., and the enforcement of principles of federalism by the U.S. Congress.
