Abstract: The authors reflect on the science of mild traumatic brain injury. They argue on the limited science in the said brain disorder. The authors suggest the need to establish an inter-institutional neuroimaging consortium to discover clinically relevant diagnostic biomarkers and develop evidence-based interventions to facilitate recovery.
