Abstract

The article explores the factors to generate projects to decrease the energy consumption among industries in the world. Topics discussed include the factors of total rebound effect on energy consumption, the changing energy prices in the international market and the public efforts to increase energy efficiency. The article also emphasizes the issue on that actual energy savings fall short of projected energy saving.
