Abstract
- Temperature dependence of conductivity is measured in dark as well as in presence of light in amorphous thin films of Se<subscript>90</subscript>In<subscript>4</subscript>Sb<subscript>6</subscript> in the temperature range 300-340 K and in the intensity range 687-13000 Lux. It is observed that pre-exponential factor (σ<subscript>0</subscript>) depends on activation energy (ΔE). A straight line between Inσ<subscript>0</subscript> and DE indicates the presence of Meyer - Neldel (MN) rule in dark as well as in presence of light. Linear dependence of ln(σ<subscript>0</subscript>) on DE in case of amorphous material indicate that the conduction band tails a finite energy distance towards the valence band and a Fermi level which is controlled by fixed dominant hole levels deeper in the gap.
