Stay of execution for rare sheep breeds.

Reports that Great Britain's Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has decreed that breeding rams of recognized rare breeds will no longer have to be slaughtered if they are found to bear the most scrapie-susceptible genotype, under the National Scrapie Plan (NSP).
