Abstract
- The article presents a study conducted by the U.S. Government Accountability Office to review federal green building efforts and agencies such as Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Energy (DOE) use of third-party certification systems. Topics discussed include challenges faced by these agencies in implementing requirements and the involvement of General Services Administration (GSA) and Office of Management and Budget in the study.
