Abstract

The article discusses why government interventions in crumbling economies will not provide salvation from the imminent crisis facing the global economy as of August 2015. Topics include the need for central bankers across the world to find a solution to what could be yet another Great Depression of the 1930s, the risks facing the world including the Greek economic crisis and riff between Russia and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and the need to lower interest rates and energy costs.
