Abstract
- The article discusses court cases related to environmental laws held in Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal (CA) of Great Britain during 2014-2015. Topics discussed include introduction of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in the country, decision of a court in the case "Smyth v Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government," and decision of a CA in the case "Savage v Mansfield District Council."
