Abstract
- A new coordination polymer, namely [Cd2(tdc)2(bpp)(DMA)]n(1, H2tdc = 2, 5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane, DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide), has been successfully obtainedviasolvothermal reactions of Cd(NO3)2, H2tdc, and bpp. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that compound1is a twofold interpenetrated three-dimensional (3D) framework with four-connectedpcutopology. Moreover, the luminescent properties and thermal stability of1were also studied in this work. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
