Conservative treatment of uterine fistula with abdominal abscess after caesarean section.

The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old obese woman with pre-eclampsia and has a history of caesarean section. She was suspected to have an abdominal abcess with uterine fistula upon the post-operative procedure. She undergone antimicrobial therapy as an initial treatment which resulted to a complete recovery.
