Abstract
- The article focuses on the plan to construct modern incinerator in the western city of Poznań, Poland, which will be carried out as part of a public-private partnership (PPP). Topics discussed include incinerator to be built by SITA Zielona Energia, owned by SITA Polska, garbage collection service, views of Jean-Michel Kaleta, chief executive officer of SITA Polska, on the role of public-private partnerships in carrying out investment projects, and improvement in waste management.
