Abstract
- The article presents the research that measures the fluxes of nitrous oxide and methane in non-urban and urban ecosystems. The topics discussed include the vital role of change of land-use on the soil-atmosphere gas exchange, the net sinks in soils, and the contribution of urban lawns in methane consumption and nitrous oxide emission in regional soils.
