Abstract
- The author expresses his perspectives on economic measures in housing price cycles in East Asia based on dynamic correlation and time-varying dynamic conditional correlation. The author mentions the factors that influence housing prices to move in tandem in East Asia such as animal spirits, uncertainties and expectations. The author also cites the constraints in the demand and supply for housing.
