Abstract
- The article discusses nanomedicine. Topics discussed include history of nanomedicine, tumor targeting drugs, several families of nanomaterials that have attracted increased attention as nanovectors and theranostics, and clinical trials of nanodrugs. Also discussed are the problems that most drugs are neither specific nor water-soluble.
