Abstract
- The article reports on the U.S. district court nominations confirmed by the Senate during the administration of former Presidents George Bush, Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan. Tables that depict the statistics on the number of district court nominees who received confirmation from the Senate and its final action on all district court nominations during each president's eighth year in office are presented.
