Abstract

The article describes the case of a 72-year-old retired male physician with poorly controlled occupational asthma. Topics covered include the series of skin prick tests conducted which showed his sensitivity to Aspergillus fumigatus, laboratory tests conducted which led to the diagnosis of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis, and his response to leukotriene antagonist (LTRA) therapy.
