Abstract

The article presents a position paper that suggests that Diplomatic Warriors from the U.S. Army Psychological Operations Soldiers are best suited for U.S. diplomatic posts overseas and National Security Decision Directive 38 (NSDD-38) inclusion. Topics include contributions of Military Information Support Teams (MIST) as a Special Operations Force (SOF) force multiplier. Also mentioned are MIST's Department of Defense (DoD) Rewards Program and Military Information Support Organizations (MISO).
