Abstract
- Studies the two-dimensional (2D) self-assembling of 4,5-didodecylthiolphthalonitrile (DCP) on graphite surface. Use of the scanning tunneling microscopy to characterized the assembling structure of molecule on the basal plane of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG); High-resolution images of molecules; Mismatch of the DCP molecules with the substrate lattice.
