- The article discusses the report of Docket Navigator concerning patent litigation figures in district courts in the U.S. in 2015. Topics covered include the increase in the number of cases filed in district courts, the reduction in the complexity of individual cases, the decline in the number of infringement accusations, percentage of cases handled by Judge Rodney Gilstrap, and the companies with the most number of cases filed against them including Samsung Electronics and Apple Inc.
