Abstract
- The article discusses the resident-led implementation of National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) at a resident community clinic in the Fall of 2013. Topics discussed include pilot grant received through "Fostering Innovation Grant" program, and work to expand NDPP to other primary care sites of University Michigan Health System (UMHS) with Adult Diabetes Education team under Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Diabetes (MEND).
