Abstract
- This paper compares the attitudes of Canadians and Americans toward their governments and selected aspects of the private enterprise system. It examines some of the historical differences between the two countries and hypothesized that these differences will be reflected in current attitudes. Further, it hypothesizes that Canada's two main linguistic groups -- the English and the French -- will be closer in attitude to each other than either will be to the American sample.
