Abstract
- The article discusses the Proposed Amendment to the rules on Cancellation, Revocation or Suspension of Licenses or Permits under Title 92, Part 1040 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS). It notes that the amendment allows the Secretary of State to repeal concurrency and impose a reinstatement fee for sanctions under the Illinois Vehicle Code. It cites that the proposal also seeks to remove outdated procedures for determining suspension or revocation in fatal crash incidents of vehicles.
