Public Notices: Another Threat to Newspaper Revenue.

The article focuses on the revenue threats faced by the newspaper industry in the U.S. The decision of several large federal entities such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as state and local governments to stop putting notices in newspapers and rather place them on agency-controlled web pages, is cited. However, suggested measures on how newspapers can effectively address the issue are also mentioned.
