Abstract

The article presents survey on tax software usage among certified public accountants (CPAs) in the U.S. in 2016. Survey results show the control of companies to more than 90% of CPA tax preparer market, the tax identity theft managed by most CPAs, and the calculation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
