‘You've got to have a Chinese chef to cook chinese food!!’ Issues of power and control in the provision of mental health services.

This paper examines issues of power and control in mental health service provision, as discussed by African-Caribbean parents within a series of focus groups. These issues are multi-faceted and incorporate aspects of confidentiality, stigmatization, accessibility and ethnic matching.
