Abstract

The article discusses the case of a 45-year-old Chinese man with bilateral reddish, palmoplantar hyperkeratotic lesions on his hands and feet. Topics covered include the results of his physical examination, the diagnosis of Nagashima-type palmoplantar keratosis (PPK) with underlying SERPINB7 mutation and the distribution of SERPINB7 in the stratum granulosum.
