Abstract
- Industry in Moravian-Silesian Region is the basis for employment of the population of this region. Mining activity, which has a long-standing history in the region is going through restructuralization and the gradual attenuation in recent years. Mining industry in the Moravian-Silesian region leads to the progressive termination of mining, and therefore the authors respond to these new realities. This paper evaluates the socioeconomic impact on employees and possible solutions in the mining sector in the context of the decline of mining. Employees who work in the mining environment in coal mining companies or in the supply service are closely profiled in terms of the labor market, and therefore even subsequent measures after finishing the exploitation will be specific.
