It is obvious that the uncertainty's elimination is not possible, so the forecast is a tool who tries to minimalize this uncertainties. The forecast's importance in the electrical energy management is very important. The forecast of the energy's request presumes the estimation of this request's characteristics: zise, time evolution, the request's structure, and so on.
