Abstract
- The article presents the author's views on the first Tropical Island Marine Bioinvasions Workshop that was conducted in the Charles Darwin Research Station in the Galapagos Islands in Ecuador. Particular focus of this workshop is given to evolving the marine biosecurity and the threat of marine bioinvasions in these islands
