КЪМ ИНДИКАТОРИТЕ НА ПЛАНА ЗА РАЗВИТИЕ НА ОБЩИНА ПЛЕВЕН ЗА ПЕРИОДА 2014-2020

Indicators appear as a evaluation tool, visualization and a basis for the analyses of the achievement of sustainable development. By them quantitative and qualitative assessment of the situation in а region (in the studied case - in Pleven municipality). They characterize the dynamics of economics, social sphere and environment. The main purpose is to focus the public attention on the various options of sustainable development and to provide a summary of the progress (lagging) to the achievement a better quality of life. In this study, the author aims to analyze the indicators in the Plan for development of Pleven Municipality 2014-2020. Some general characteristics related to the topic are discussed - such as: sustainable development, principles and requirements to the indicators and others. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
