Abstract
- The article focuses on a cross sectional study related to emotional intelligence and personality traits as predictors of occupational therapy students' practice education performance. Topics discussed include obtaining fieldwork performance scores from the Student Practice Evaluation Form Revised (SPEF-R); completing linear regressions with the SPEF-R domains being the dependent variables; and emotional intelligence as significant predictor of components of their fieldwork performance.
