The article presents a list of special events to be held in the year 1996-97. The "Judassohn Centenary Congress," organised by the European Society of Contact Dermatitis in conjunction with the American Contact Dermatitis Society, will be held from October 9-12, 1996, at the Kensington Town Hall Conference Center, London, England. The International Contact Dermatitis Research Group (ICDRG) wishes to encourage research by endowing a Niels Hjorth Prize. An original, unpublished paper is invited and the committee will select the winner.
