Abstract
- In this article the author compares his concept of social ontology with other alternative conceptions advanced by other philosophers including John Searle. He discusses the apparent similarities of various conceptions of social ontology. He elaborates on his conception of the nature of society which he refers to as social positioning. The author also examines the relationship between social relations and power.
