Abstract
- The article discusses the relationship between the U.S. and Israel, with emphasis on loan guarantees for economic recovery. It relates that the Israeli government has been requested financial assistance in loan guarantees from the U.S. since 2003. The foreign aid has helped Israel's ailing economy and the military assistance has helped Israel prepare for possible attacks.
