Issuance of Licenses.

The article presents information on the proposed amendment regarding the issuance of driver's license (DL) or temporary visitor's driver's license (TVDL) in Illinois under the mandate of the Secretary of States, which reduces from two to one the number of documents to be presented by the applicant.
