Abstract
- The article focuses on a study to determine the efficacy and safety of the methotrexate, etoposide, dexamethasone and pegaspargase (MEDA) combination chemotherapy in treating the extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (ENK/TCL)-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH). Results suggested the successful treatment of ENK/TCL-associated HLH with MEDA regimen.
