Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 66-year-old man with previously untreated, Rai stage III CLL presented with a four month history of progressive left sided sensory symptoms that affects both the upper and lower limbs of the patient. It mentions the presence of cervical myelopathy in spinal cord after examine with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). It also mentions the CNS involvement by BTK-inhibition sensitive diseases like Waldenstrom Macroglobulinaemia.
