Abstract

The article discusses a study concerning the essential of screening for serpin peptidase inhibitor (SERPINB7) mutations to differentiate PPKN from PPK and non-PPK keratinizing diseases with paloplantar skin lesions. Identification of responsible genes for SERPINB7, is also emphasized. Also mentioned is the genetic study of SERPINB7 in patients with various diseases.
