Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old man with a history of hypertension, dyslipidemia,and nephrolithiasis and have asymptomatic lymphocytosis of small mature lymphocytes with clumped chromatin. Topics discussed include Richter's syndrome showing features of Burkitt's lymphoma, in Ibrutinib-treated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) involving malignant proliferation of small clonal B-lymphoid cells, and immunophenotypic features of Burkitt's lymphoma.
