Abstract

The article presents two case studies of isolated edema with hypoalbuminemia, as a manifestation of chronic graft versus host disease (cGVHD) after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT). A 71-year-old white female with a remote history of melanoma of the left breast, transient ischemic attack, hypertension and acute myeloid leukemia on bone marrow biopsy. A 44-year-old South Asian man diagnosed with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma/stage III mycosis fungoides.
