The Process Management in Non - Profit Organisations.

The purpose of this paper is to learn about the implementation of the process management concepts in the non-profit organisations and the possible evaluation of effectiveness raise of the organisations' functioning. The entire presentation of the concepts has been divided into three fundamental parts. The first part includes the presentation of the concept of implementing the process approach in the organisation. The second part demonstrates the standard solutions in functioning of the process organisation. The third part discusses the application of management concepts oriented towards the process in the non-profit organisation. The research methods used for the realisation of the paper's aim are the critical analysis of the subject literature. The evaluation of the possibility of implementing the concepts of process management is an important and actual study problem because it might be an initiative to be employed in the course of searching the solutions improving the management in non-profit organisations.
