Abstract

The article presents a medical study about the initiation of immune tolerance. The said study designed immunogens that avidly bind the UA of the 2F5 broadly reactive neutralizing antibodies (bnAbs) to immunize 2F5 knock-in mice and rhesus macaques. The study found that B cell development is limited by immune tolerance deletion and energy.
