Scientific knowledge is an organic process of interaction between objective and subjective, a process of objective reflection of the world combined with the mental world of human consciousness. Science always creates the man with his own ambitions, emotions, goals, values, fantasies. In this regard, the aim of the article is the study of the phenomenon anthropologization scientific rationality, which is manifested in the process of humanization of scientific discourse. An important characteristic of science is its intersubjectivity, because the results that it shows, is the result of both individual and collective efforts. Therefore, factors in the Genesis of science in the system of social relations is institutional, intellectual, philosophical, and religious, and even aesthetic. In unscientific forms of knowledge of science finds its ideals, values, goals, showing thus its anthropological (human) dimension.
