As Rare as Hen's Teeth: Tetra-amelia Syndrome.

Tetra-amelia is an extremely rare congenital anomaly. Here, we describe a liveborn neonate with the absence of all four limbs, exstrophy of bladder, cleft lip and palate, dysmorphic face, and other anomalies.
