New Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb Ages of the Langjiu Formation Volcanic Rocks in the Shiquanhe Area, Western Lhasa Terrane and their Implications.

The article presents a study which analyses the new Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb ages of the Langjiu formation volcanic rocks in the Shiquanhe Area in Western Lhasa Terrane. Topics include distribution of potassic and ultrapotassic rocks, geochronological study on the Langjiu Formation volcanic rocks, and magmatic activity of the Linzizong group volcanic rocks.
